If you had trouble with receiving Tokens or items in the app, please reach out to dac-help@weplaydots.com and we would be happy to help you retrieve those items. Please send us an e-mail with the following information to expedite our ability to help:
- Dots & Co Player ID
- The in-game item purchased (ex. "100 Tokens and 3 Erasers")
- Screenshot or E-mail Attached of purchase receipt from Apple or Google
If you would like to inquire about a refund:
For iOS:
All refunds must be handled by Apple. Details on how to request refunds can be found on the following link, and will be granted based on Apple's discretion.
For Android:
Please e-mail dac-help@weplaydots.com with your Player ID and proof of purchase (Google Receipt e-mail forwarded or screenshot) with the Order Number visible (starting with "GPA.").
