Sea Stars are nothing but the event point. You can earn Sea Stars by successfully completing Saga levels during the active event phase, with the number of Sea Stars varying based on the level difficulty.

In addition to Saga levels, Sea Stars can also be obtained as rewards from other in-game events and features, such as Cannon Fest, Cave Chase, Fortune Quest, and other simlar events.
