At times it may take up to 24 hours for the purchase to get registered in the game as our system needs to receive the confirmation from different platforms.
On iOS:
If you still haven't received the items, please check your email for the iTunes receipt or follow these steps on your device:
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases. You might be asked to sign in.
- Tap Purchase History and select the order to get the receipt.
- Take a screenshot of the same and send it to us

On Google Play:
If you still haven't received the items, please check your email for the Google receipt or follow these steps on your device:
- Open the Play Store (You must be signed in)
- At the top right, tap your profile icon
- Tap Payments and subscriptions
- Tap Payment method > More options > More Payment Settings
- You will be redirected to Google Payments Center Page
- Tap on Menu (Top left hand side) > Activity
- Click on the order you are looking for and take a screenshot to share with us
- You can also visit Google Pay to get your receipt on Device or Web
