At times it may take up to 24 hours for the purchase to get registered in the game as our system needs to receive the confirmation from different platforms.

On iOS:
If you still haven't received the items, please check your email for the iTunes receipt or follow these steps on your device:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases. You might be asked to sign in.
  3. Tap Purchase History and select the order to get the receipt.
  4. Take a screenshot of the same and send it to us

On Google Play:
If you still haven't received the items, please check your email for the Google receipt or follow these steps on your device:

  1. Open the Play Store (You must be signed in)
  2. At the top right, tap your profile icon
  3. Tap Payments and subscriptions
  4. Tap Payment method > More options > More Payment Settings
  5. You will be redirected to Google Payments Center Page
  6. Tap on Menu (Top left hand side) > Activity
  7. Click on the order you are looking for and take a screenshot to share with us
  8. You can also visit Google Pay to get your receipt on Device or Web
