Shufflers are an in-game powerup that can be used to shuffle up all of the Dots on the board. This is super helpful when you do not have any squares on the board or just need to get a fresh look at the board.

You can acquire Shufflers with Gold in the Store or when you run out in-game by tapping the Shuffler icon below the board.
